Purchase Options
Purchase orders, you may do it online or mail a completed order form to us. Purchase orders require a business name and the name of the person ordering. If you would like to pay by check or money order you may do it online or mail the order form with your payment. Note if you are not purchasing for a facility your order will be shipped when we receive payment for your money order or check.
